By accessing or using the Search29 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Terms

When you create an account with Search29, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share your account with unauthorized third parties

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

3. Payment & Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period

Free trial accounts may be converted to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. You will be notified before any charges are applied.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You may export your data before the end of your billing period
• After your subscription ends, your data may be deleted after 30 days

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Search29 aggregates and displays data from third-party marketing platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data provided by third-party APIs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
